REFUND AND EXCHANGE
1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By shopping at WELLMIRADO or initiating a refund, exchange, or replacement request, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this policy without modification.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from placing an order on wellmirado.com.
NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE applies to all products purchased during any SALE.
WELLMIRADO reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated policy.
2. REFUND, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are offered only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.
You may raise a refund or exchange request within 48hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.
This applies only in cases of:
- Incorrect size received
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.
A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode/serviceability.
3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The product must reach our warehouse before processing begins
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- The returned item must match the original product in size, condition, and quality
If any tag, label, or original packaging is missing—or if the product shows signs of use, wear, or alteration— the return will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
A ₹99 processing fee applies to all exchange requests.
After the product clears Quality Check (QC), the refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds are initiated within 7 business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.
4. REFUND DEDUCTIONS
For all approved refunds, a ₹149 deduction will be applied to cover logistics, handling, and processing costs.
The remaining amount will be issued as store credit / voucher / coupon, based on customer preference.
5. SIZE OR PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, a store credit (gift card) of the same value will be issued.
- Valid for 6 months
- Redeemable on wellmirado.com or at official offline events/pop-ups
6. COLOR, PRINT & FINISHING ISSUES
Customers are provided a 3-day post-delivery review window for issues such as:
- Color bleeding
- Print cracks
- Stitching or finishing defects
If reported within 3 days, we will arrange a pickup and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
Requests raised after 3 days from delivery will not be entertained.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
- Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed
Refunds are issued only after successful QC approval at our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection.
Shipping and handling charges (₹149) are non-refundable.
